Hi Coinbase, I’ve been using Coinbase for months now and recently my account was suddenly under review without telling me what’s the reason for it being under review, or at the very least, how long it takes.
It’s been weeks now and my account is still under review. I am unable to do any form of transactions/transfers and it’s frustrating.
The previous ticket I sent was “resolved” and closed, but the issue remains to date and there’s nothing I can do (Case #06678072). Today, I sent another ticket (Case #06728079 ). Can you please fix this ASAP. As much as I want to continue using Coinbase for a long time, my recent experience has been very disappointing in terms of Customer Service and Help.
Please fix my issues with regards to my current ticket.
