I know these posts are tiresome but it is absolutely insane that Coinbase does not have proper customer support. I am an idiot and got a new phone AND new phone number prior to moving my 2FA over to my new device and have been locked out for over two weeks now. I get conflicting direction sporadically from Coinbase as to how to resolve this. I opened a new account, as instructed, using another email and provided all of the ID verification needed (multiple times). I’ve been sent multiple automated messages saying it will take 4-5 business days or more and zero specific information regarding my case. Does anyone have any advice?
