So I’m back again, after my previous post I actually got an email back from coinbase. I was thinking damn this is good and now at least it should be going somewhere. Sadly though, this has not been the reality.
Now the email I got stated basically the same as before (a specialist will look into your case and we will get back to you as soon as we can)
Previously they have stated a number of days until a response should be expected but, in the most recent post they have given a possible infinite time. All of this started because coinbase took extra money from my bank account due to an error on the app. The error allowed for me to purchase £50 more than I had in my GBP wallet.
So now because I posted a support ticket asking how they can just remove money from my account without my authorisation. I have been locked out for several months. I was hoping I could have helped improve the app by highlighting a possible fault. But, all it have achieved is to be temporarily disabled.
