Ongoing issue with coinbase ‘support’ not contacting me, despite receiving this by email a month ago:

Getting no response from that email, despite numerous messages.
Have taken advice from the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK. Which as a registered company, you’re meant to follow their guidelines – which include communication. I sent an email, ccing in the authority to your eucomplience email a week ago, receiving – yet again – no response.
What kind of a ridiculous company are you? You have 8 days before the timeline set by the FCA runs out. After that I’m moving my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, and, if need be, the UK courts.
Or, you can just give me back access to my account.
