I’m stuck in a loop. I open a Coinbase support case, I get a person to respond, and then I get nothing but automated responses back until the case is closed for inactivity. I’ve opened so many tickets, Coinbase has marked my email address as spam, so I can no longer communicate with coinbase support.
It’s been this way for months, and my issue is still unresolved. I’m at a loss. I have thousands of dollars stuck in some vaults, and no way to access them. To elaborate:
I have multiple BTC wallets & vaults. on my coinbase account. Coinbase no longer supports multiple BTC wallets & vaults. THREE vaults still have BTC in them. I can see the balance in the app, but they’re inaccessible via the website. (I have no way to withdraw the BTC).
This has gone on for a long time. Please, I need a human to assist.
