Not all attestations are +0.00003 ETH any longer and ranked above 96% and effectiveness stuck at 89%. Need help with finding the problem.

I started staking in February and everything went well until 11 April and then my daily income dropped from 0.0075 ETH to 0.0052 ETH. I installed the latest version of geth and prysm. I am doing this from a computer at home. Asrock deskmini A300, Ryxen 3 3200G, 16G RAM, 2x 1Tb SSD.

It is unclear to me how to isolate or find the problem. Is eth1 or beacon-chain the problem? Is my internet too slow? Am I dropping peers? How can I debug it?

Is there a way to find out why I am Rank 96.3 % [ ](https://beaconcha.in/validators/leaderboard)and can not get my Effectiveness above 89% – Good ?

I installed prometheus with beacon-chain, geth and node exporters. Everything looks okay, although I am not sure what I should be looking for.

  1. I had a similar issue with my validator running on Windows, still had the problem after reboot.

Finally sync’d the clock and it has been running perfectly for the last 4 weeks. It was off by less than a minute, but it made all the difference and I no longer miss attestations.

  2. It’s not been commented on yet but what’s your internet bandwidth like? I couldn’t handle geth on my home network so switched to infura and it works like a dream. You could try that and check (it’s all free and quick) and see if that helps your inclusion distance.
