It’s been almost a week since I filed a support claim, because the buy/sell and withdraw/deposit options are disabled on my Coinbase Pro account. My bank had stopped an order from my debit card in May, but I quickly fixed the issue within a day, by paying from my bank account. Coinbase sent me the standard message saying a specialist would investigate the issue and and update me, but I’ve gotten no follow-up since and they are not responding to my emails. I have no outstanding issues and have been a member for years. This is beyond frustrating. I need access to my cryptocurrency.
Any Coinbase mods, please help with forwarding my case to someone who can fix my issue. I’d like to see if I can get this issue resolved before being driven to file a formal complaint.
